Purple — Paris Fashion Week 2025, private party at Lafayette’s
During Paris Fashion Week 2025, Purple brought together members of the press, influencers, and international celebrities for a private party at Lafayette’s, 8 rue d’Anjou, Paris 8th arrondissement. The event featured exclusive looks worn by the guests, a couture atmosphere, and a dance floor led by DJ Cruz. I produced the official photo report—portraits, fabric details, and the energy of the night—with an editorial look ready for the web and social media.
Purpose of the report
Create a premium visual narrative of the evening: content suitable for use in a lookbook and on social media that showcases the cuts, fabrics, and finishes, while capturing the vibrant atmosphere—from the arrivals and the photocall to the peak energy on DJ Cruz’s set.
Photography approach
I opted for a “luxury” editorial style: ambient lighting to preserve the atmosphere of the location, complemented by a discreet off-camera flash to maintain definition on the faces and texture on the fabrics (denim, embroidery, accessories). True-to-life colors, controlled micro-contrast, and a handful of black-and-white shots for iconic moments. All achieved with a lightweight setup (dual camera bodies, 24-70mm f/2.8 on the Leica Q3 and its 28mm f/2 lens) for total mobility among the guests.
